身体を「からっぽの袋」としてイメージし、水・動植物・感情などを受け入れながら動いていきます。初心者歓迎。自分のペースでリラックスしながら身体の緊張を解放できます。 This is an in-person Butoh workshop. Participants move by imagining the body as an empty vessel, guided by images of water, plants, animals, and emotions. Beginners are welcome to move at their own pace.
